Donate
As members of Holy Trinity Parish, we are responsible for providing for its mission through our financial support. There are several ways we can donate to the church:
1. Weekly Envelopes
The parish provides envelopes each year with your parishioner's number. To obtain your parishioner's number, please complete and submit the registration form. The office will provide your envelopes.
The envelopes can be placed in the collection basket during weekend Masses. At times, a second collection is taken for special needs, such as church maintenance or TIA (Together in Action) - our parish's contribution to diocese-wide fund raising.
Official tax receipts are provided by the parish for yearly donations by the end of February of the following year.
2. Online Donations
Another way to support the Church is online donation via CanadaHelps. It's secure, simple, and accessible anywhere, at any time. Online donations can be made with a credit card or a debit card.
To register and submit your donation, click here and follow the instructions. Your tax receipt is available for immediate or later download.
3. TipTap
TipTap is a quick, easy, and secure way to donate.
Either a debit card or credit card can be used to donate in the foyer of the church.
For tax receipts, click here to register your card online. Your tax receipt will be issued at the end of the year.
4. Will Designation
If you wish to share a part of your estate with the parish, please designate:
as a beneficiary in your Will.
Always consult your professional adviser before making financial or legal decisions.
Though not required, it is helpful for the parish office to have a copy of the page of relevant provisions from your will or trust showing the Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church (Calgary Diocese) as a beneficiary. To send us a copy of your bequest, please send it to holytrinity.calgary@shaw.ca or by mail to our office.
For your convenience, sample bequest language is given below that you can use with your advisor in writing your own will.
Thank you for your generosity and support of the parish!
